Mark Michael Diamond Designs is looking for a creative, dependable and enthusiastic applicant to join our team! Previous jewelry store experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The Jewelry Sales & Marketing Manager will be expected to work 35 – 40 hours per week from: 10:30am – 6pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10:30am – 7pm on Thursdays, and from 10:30am – 4pm on Saturdays. *Working Saturdays is required. This includes: • Opening & closing of jewelry store • Merchandising • Creating a shopping experience that makes the customer feel welcome and comfortable • Providing outstanding customer service and a true caring for our customers • Being knowledgeable in diamonds, gemstones, and the overall jewelry industry • Intaking customer’s jewelry repairs • Assisting customers with engagement ring and jewelry shopping • Listening and helping the customer make an informed purchase At times, the Jewelry Sales & Marketing Manager may also be expected to: • Respond to incoming text and email inquiries • Assist with jewelry repair, quality control, and notifications • Assist with jewelry appraisals Mark Michael Diamond Designs is a family-owned business located on Main Street in Maple Grove, MN.
