Description Go into Downtown Chicago and other active business districts, build relationships with businesses and employers to develop opportunities for the clients to engage in subsidized short-term work experience and ultimate placement in permanent jobs. Advocate for and be the primary link between employers and youth job seekers. Skills and Abilities • Motivation and ability to provide positive, customer service to program. • Willingness to, on a daily basis, network with community businesses and potential employees. • Enthusiasm for working in a team environment to support goals of the program and clients.
