Job Opening: Part-time On-Site Property Manager (25-30 hours per week) Pocket-Greenhaven Area - Sacramento, CA Duties: * Maintain physical upkeep of the property including, but not limited to, cleaning the grounds, maintaining trash areas, walkways, common areas, and cleaning vacant units. * Answer and handle incoming calls, emails, and texts from prospective new residents, current residents and/or vendors and suppliers * Show vacancies to prospective tenants and ensure vacancies are clean and turn over in a timely manner.
