Requirements • Bilingual English/Spanish Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. • Education and Experience: Hold an Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field, with a minimum of two years of work-related experience in Human Services, Adult Day Center/Services, or a similar field. • Certifications: Maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certifications, demonstrating commitment to providing exceptional care and support. • Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrate a deep understanding of person-centered programming approaches and possess excellent listening, patience, and empathy skills to communicate effectively with individuals using the service.
