We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our team. If you're a passionate self-starter and have experience with property development and rentals, apply. Responsibilities for Office Manager Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office operates smoothly Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls from tenants, contractors and workers Coordinate day-to-day tasks of employees and contractors, Document permits and important files, File paperwork (all on google drive), and Keep track of monthly updates Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, leading marketing efforts, and creating reports Qualifications Experience with Property Management Software is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role Must be available to work 9-4pm, Monday - Friday Mask worn in office. There will not be traffic in the office as well
