Join Our Family as a Marketing Accountant

We are looking for a **Marketing Accountant** to join our group. * Collaborate with Digital and Channel Managers to determine spend allocation for each of the company’s locations * Manage monthly forecasted and actual budgets * Manage marketing department budget * Work with Accounting team to reconcile monthly actual costs and create summary explanation of over/under discrepancies * Monthly reporting on KPIs * Reconcile monthly credit card statements * Assistance with processing invoices for campaigns, check requests and tracking all campaign payments * Be the main point of contact and liaison between the marketing department and the accounting/finance department * Collaborate with channel team and digital team * Assistance in additional hoc reporting for marketing team **Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Abilities** * Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar is preferred * 3+ years of experience * Strong strategic and analytical skills * Strong knowledge of Excel * Experience working with CRM data is a plus * Understand direct response and brand advertising * Familiarity with basic accounting practices is a plus * A willingness to constantly learn and grow as team member and a person * Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once * Positive mindset and attitude with the ability to have fun, give and take feedback, and eagerness to grow our business **Benefits:**
