Jr. Art Director / Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Art Director / Designer located in Denver, CO. The Junior Art Director / Designer will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative branding and design projects. • Strong skills in graphic design, including typography, layouts, and digital/print production • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Of those ten people most of us have been working at Grit for at least 4 years. Because we are small and super passionate about doing good work, we sometimes fight to the death over ideas and get hung up for days or weeks over what the perfect tagline is or how this one joke might not work on paper but will crush it if we just get the client to let us try it kind of thing.
