Job Description Job Description Job Summary: As a Jr. Digital Media Buyer, you will serve as the primary campaign buyer and optimizer for dozens of campaigns across multiple platforms. Working with our Media Planning Ad-Ops, and Analytics teams, you will ensure flawless campaign execution, measurability, and performance. Your responsibility is to work closely with internal digital teams, on an ongoing basis, in developing and enhancing our clients’ digital campaigns. · Oversee margin on campaigns working with operations team to adjust in order to maximize performance for the client as well as revenue for the agency. · 2+years of relevant industry experience Knowledge and Skills: · Comprehensive knowledge of digital media solutions · Deep understanding of various targeting tactics, audience buying strategies · Proven ability to drive digital media performance · Experience building digital marketing & communications plans from the ground up and measuring their success · Customer Service oriented · Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments · Strong organizational skills, analytical thinker, and quick learner · Strong familiarity with ad operations and campaign management (e.g., tagging, ad-servers, viewability tracking) · Multi-tasking in fast-paced/high transaction environments · Highly motivated to learn operational aspects of digital advertising · Effective communicator both internally and externally · Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally · A positive, collaborative attitude Company Description Refuel Agency is the largest provider of Media + Marketing services specializing in and reaching military, teen, college and multicultural niche audiences throughout the United States.
