The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, small, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork. Specific Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day marketing and commercial support activities including but not limited to: managing social media comments and messages, planning for trade shows, organizing marketing content, planning monthly contests and giveaways, and assisting in management of paid advertising Manage customer service (email, chat, and phone), order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and complete general office or admin duties as needed Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Perform basic market research and analysis to support marketing plans including web-research on competitors, trends and social media buzz Help administer changes to the company website, social media and advertising. Good writing skills with the ability to create professional written correspondence (letters, emails, marketing literature).
