Account Executive – SMB AdvertisingLocation: Nashville, TN | Type: Full-Time |About the Role:We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you’ll focus on net new advertiser acquisition—educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns.If you’re passionate about digital advertising, energized by outbound sales, and motivated to make an impact with one of the world’s most engaged platforms, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Be Doing:Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisersUse consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experienceLeverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performanceCollaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfactionConsistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For:1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred)Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plusStrong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreachExperience using CRM tools and sales automation platformsConsultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needsCoachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentPerformance Metrics:Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per monthDrive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiserMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygieneContribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readinessCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: Starting at $48,000/yearCommission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performanceBenefits Package:Medical, dental/vision benefits, 401kGrowth Opportunity: Career path toward Senior AE, Account Management, or Sales LeadershipAdditional Information:Location: Onsite, JumpCrew HQ- Nashville, TNFlexible work environmentUnlimited PTO plan9 company holidaysBring your (well-behaved) pet to the officeJumpCrew, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is a three-time winner of Nashville’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For (2021, 2022, 2023).
