Responsibilities

Perform quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy
Call clients, verify information, and make updates as necessary
Data entry and test third-party software integrations
Conduct internet research as needed
Respond to calls from existing clients and provide general customer service
Review reports and assist clients in understanding and utilizing the data
Provide demos and training sessions, including managing attendees and sending reminders
