You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, monetization, and operations—ideal for someone eager to grow in both Ad Ops and Email Marketing within a fast-paced media and ecommerce environment. Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, Ad Ops, or email marketing • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, analytics, A/B testing) • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets • Familiarity with ad servers or email monetization tools like Beehiiv, Paved, or Wellput • Understanding of digital metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, open rate, click-to-open rate, etc. You are responsible for paying 50% of the premiums associated with the Medical Plan you choose. 4AM Media will pay 100% of Dental and Vision benefits.
