MAD Events is seeking a Junior Communications Specialist to support customer communication and messaging during live promotional events in the Louisville area.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate service details and promotional offers to customers
• Assist with customer enrollment and registration processes
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure consistent and professional messaging during events
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
• Reliable transportation within the Louisville area
• Full-time availability, including some weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States
