Above all, we are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for design and a relentless desire to dig in and create great work. Requirements • 1 years’ experience in an agency or similar environment (internship experience applies) • Bachelor’s or related degree from design school is preferred • Expert-level handle of Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AE • Experience with Figma and motion design is a plus • Possess an impeccable eye for detail and commitment to consistency • Can work independently and managed multiple projects while remaining organized • Solid understanding of grid systems, design systems and layouts • Must thrive on collaborative teams and be able to take direction in group and 1-on-1 environment • Must work PST hours
