About the Role This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who has some exposure to paid ads (Facebook ads required) or growth marketing, enjoys problem-solving with data, and wants to build deep skills in ecommerce, DTC, hybrid hardware plus software funnels, and performance marketing. What You’ll DoRun paid acquisition campaigns (75% of the work) You’re likely a strong fit if you: • Have some hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager (through an internship, class, side project, or early role) • Are interested in learning additional paid channels like TikTok Ads or Google Ads • Enjoy experimenting, analyzing results, and problem-solving • Are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards, or curiosity in vibe coding or prompt engineering (as a technical marketer) • Care about building ethical, thoughtful consumer products • Want to grow quickly in a startup environment with real ownership of initiatives Why This Role • You’ll work with real ad budgets and real customers • You’ll learn how growth actually works in a consumer hardware, ecommerce, creator virality, and AI software business • You’ll be close to founders, leadership and decision-making from day one • You’ll gain exposure across paid ads, funnels, email, analytics, and product growth-loops • You’ll frequently ask how to do things differently than the status quo, inventing our own best-practices, and creating new patterns • You’ll grow in responsibility as the company and marketing function scale
