Optimization and Analysis : • Continuously track and analyze ad performance, adjusting optimization settings (e.g., bid strategies, audiences, creatives) to improve lead quality and cost per acquisition (CPA). Collaboration and Growth : • Work closely with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy. • Minimum of 1+ years of professional or intern experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
