Junior Marketer / Marketing Assistant Hiring ASAP

Looking for a part-time marketing assistant to help my agency with the following: Duties/Responsibilities: \\- Putting together buyer journeys \\- Developing persona profiles and segmentations \\- Performing creative audits, competitive and historical analysis \\- Assisting in developing quarterly paid yearly growth strategies within key marketing channels \\- Crafting full- funnel content marketing strategies \\- Assisting in developing paid and organic content strategies \\- Assisting with tracking the progress of creative testing efforts and reporting on trends \\- Crafting creative briefs and working with founders to oversee creative execution from a strategy perspective \\- Conducting basic SEO sweeps (checking for keywords and basic blog structures and links) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Qualifications: \\- Must have minimum of 2 years in a previous digital marketing or content marketing role \\- A minimum of 2 years of media buying experience in visually-driven online channels \\- An up-to-date knowledge base of marketing and performance best practices with a thorough understanding of visual advertising platforms in Social, Display, Programmatic, and Mobile \\- Proficient in at least one of the following analytics and online ranking tools: Google, Ahrefs, Semrush, SpyFu, PowerAdSpy (the more the better!!) \\- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing \\- Proficient in Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides, etc.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Benefits: work-from-home flexible hours some WFH equipment provided paid lunch twice a month * NO PTO or health, dental or vision plans included as this is a part-time contractor role * This role pays $20 - $30 per hour depending on experience and will require a commitment of 20 hours per week. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Looking to fill this role ASAP.
