Primary responsibilities: • Work directly with a number of diverse clients on their advertising, marketing, public relations and social media needs • Lead creative teams to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns and ad strategies • Help develop and present compelling ideas and pitches • Help manage multiple client deadlines and priorities across internal departments • Conduct market research and gather insights to strengthen campaign strategies • Monitor campaign performance to help guide optimizations and prepare reports Minimum qualifications: • Advertising, Public Relations, English or equivalent degree • 4+ years experience with an agency or media outlet, working with multiple clients simultaneously • Understanding of traditional and digital advertising mediums • Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced, creative environment • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow • Excellent project management and leadership skills • Commitment to customer service • Positive, professional demeanor • Detail oriented • Strong writing skills • Comfortable with Mac Computers
