Role Description As the Junior Account Executive, you will be hands‑on with a diverse mix of clients—supporting their advertising and marketing needs while helping lead creative teams to produce standout, results‑focused work. Primary responsibilities and qualifications • Work directly with a number of diverse clients on their advertising, marketing, public relations and social media needs • Lead creative teams to deliver innovative, results‑driven campaigns and ad strategies • Help develop and present compelling ideas and pitches • Help manage multiple client deadlines and priorities across internal departments • Conduct market research and gather insights to strengthen campaign strategies • Monitor campaign performance to help guide optimizations and prepare reports • Advertising, Public Relations, English or equivalent degree • 4+ years experience with an agency or media outlet, working with multiple clients simultaneously • Understanding of traditional and digital advertising mediums • Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast‑paced, creative environment • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow • Excellent project management and leadership skills • Commitment to customer service • Detail oriented • Comfortable with Mac Computers • Fun, supportive agency culture • Hybrid work environment • Competitive wage • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid vacation/holidays • 401(k) match Application Requirements RobMark is an equal opportunity employer.
