Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to support a growing business in real estate and credit repair.

This is an entry-level, in-office position focused primarily on social media content creation and posting, with some light administrative support. You will work directly with the business owner and gain hands-on experience in marketing and real estate.

Responsibilities:

Content & Marketing (Primary Focus):

Edit short-form videos using CapCut
Create posts, flyers, and graphics using Canva
Upload and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Maintain consistent daily/weekly posting

Light Administrative Support:

Print and prepare documents and letters (templates provided)
Organize basic client files and updates
Assist with simple follow-ups and office tasks

Requirements:

Basic experience with Canva or CapCut
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and organized
Comfortable working in an office environment
Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Interest in real estate, lending, or marketing
