At BOL Partners, our marketing team connects brands with customers through face-to-face sales, engagement, customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, and live experiences.

We're expanding in Milwaukee and looking for a Junior Marketing Associate who wants to gain hands-on marketing experience while developing valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills.

What you'll do

Represent nationally recognized brands professionallyEngage with customers and introduce them to products and servicesSupport promotional and customer acquisition campaignsParticipate in events, activations, and community-based marketing initiativesCommunicate brand messaging directly to customersHelp create positive customer experiencesWork with teammates and leadership to execute campaignsReceive ongoing training and feedback

Who we're looking for

Previous marketing experience is not required.

Customer service, hospitality, retail, event, athletic, or sales experience can be a great foundation.
