Our ideal marketing coordinator will work closely with the founder and team members to help us facilitate client growth initiatives….in plain English, our team is pretty much near capacity, and we need someone who is willing to step in, learn, and grow with us (at least as long as we’re offering you a position that feels like a win-win) as we’re trying to maintain our quality and solidify our service offerings. We’re willing to train on anything, but at a baseline this job will require the ability to write, follow through on data entry or HTML/CSS implementation (not programming) type tasks that require diligence, and learning/figuring stuff out when you have to. We do offer a solid entry point with decent pay for anyone looking to get into the digital marketing, a positive work atmosphere and the ability to gain some skills. • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts • Ability to exercise good judgment • Basic computer literacy skills Bonus Points: • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and/or working within a content management system (CMS) backend • Experience in a digital marketing and/or content creation environment for yourself or other companies • Passion for advertising and the digital marketing space. • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and terminology or business social media / content.
