The Junior Media Analyst will contribute analytical support, reporting accuracy, and performance insights to fuel smarter media decisions at The Variable. This role requires strong quantitative instincts, comfort working in spreadsheets and dashboards, and the discipline to manage data with precision. You will work closely with the analytics and media teams to measure campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and help translate complex data into actionable recommendations. • Approximately 1 year of internship or entry-level experience in media analytics, media planning, digital marketing, or a related field. • Experience with or interest in BI/visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
