You Will • Build, launch and optimize client digital marketing accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.) • Monitor campaign budgets and optimize ad spend • Be a part of monthly client meetings, analyzing data and building reports • Work across multiple brand accounts at once in an agency environment • Communicate effectively and give attention to detail • Use a Demand-side platform to plan and execute programmatic media buys • Use ClickUp, a productivity tool, to manage projects and tasks • Brainstorm ideas and schedule posts for client social media accounts • Lend your social media management experience to create content calendars and drive engagement by leveraging social algorithms • Write social media captions and research relevant hashtags • Strategize to find marketing data to help customers succeed We Will • Train you in our proprietary platforms and agency best-practices • Foster an environment that promotes professional growth and honors servant leadership • Collaborate with you to think outside of the box and stretch the limits of what is possible and expected • Help you work from a place of rest by advocating for the "Best 40" hours of work • Provide you with a MacBook Pro • Implement a Flex Office Schedule: • Monday and Friday are optional virtual office days • Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days, start as early at 7am and end as late as 6pm (8 hour day) Details: • Interview Process: Video and In-Person Interviews • Job Type: Full-time
