Supporting paid media strategy and execution, the full-time remote Junior Paid Ads Manager will assist in building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google for law firm clients while collaborating with senior team members to learn and grow in the role. Key responsibilities Assist in building and launching paid campaigns across Meta and Google for law firm clients Monitor campaign performance daily and identify issues or opportunities for optimization Support the setup and quality assurance of tracking infrastructure and prepare client-facing performance reports Required qualifications 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads Basic understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting Familiarity with UTM parameters and conversion tracking concepts Comfortable working with performance data and drawing simple conclusions from it Strong attention to detail and highly organized
