The Junior Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in scaling the organizations digital advertising efforts across paid channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, OTT/CTV, and more. You'll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive sales, awareness, and brand growth. This is an ideal position for someone eager to learn the full funnel of DTC media buying; from creative testing and audience segmentation to performance analysis and scaling. Key Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Management ○ Assist in the creation, launch, and daily management of paid media campaigns across various paid social and paid search platforms. Budget Management ○ Track daily ad spend pacing to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
