Junior Paid Search Specialist - Google Ads - SEM - Automotive

This position entails assisting Paid Search Account Managers with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing Google Ads accounts, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) accounts, and Microsoft advertising accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone new to digital marketing or paid search to gain hands-on experience, learn the fundamentals of managing paid search campaigns, and grow into a full account manager role. You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Account Managers and creative teams to help build, manage, and monitor ad campaigns — all while learning the best practices, tools, and strategies that drive real performance for our automotive dealership clients. Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketingFamiliarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads - Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising) preferred, but not requiredDetail-oriented with the ability to follow structured checklists and processesBasic understanding of key paid media concepts like targeting, bidding, and performance metricsExcellent organization and multitasking skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 20 PTO days after 10 years with our companyPaid HolidaysContinuous Training OpportunitiesFlexible Hours - This position requires employees to work onsite at our office for 7 hours per day (account manager roles may require additional hours due to travel and client schedules).
