Your Role: As a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be key in overseeing project deliverables, managing schedules, and ensuring project scope aligns with objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the project, including deadlines, milestones, assignments, and risk management, while providing regular updates on project status.
Responsibilities:
Implement suitable project management standards to oversee small to mid-scale digital projects from conception to completion.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring regular status updates with team members and milestone meetings with clients.Collaborate with account management to handle change requests, assess budget and timeline impacts, and communicate changes to the team.Monitor project financials, profitability, and generate corresponding reports.Enhance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and work quality.Track overall project progress, resource utilization, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.Ensure project compliance with all Accenture security standards.Identify dependencies with other projects and their potential impacts.Conduct evaluation reviews post-project to assess management effectiveness.Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Project Management.2+ years of experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.2+ years of experience with various project delivery methods, involving waterfall, agile, and scrum.Compensation will vary based on several factors, including office location, specific role, skill set, and experience level.
