As a • * Key Account Manager (f/m/d) ADS**, you will be responsible for managing selected focus account sales and driving revenue growth through close and trusted engagement with key Focus Accounts. You will support customer projects by identifying relevant Littelfuse technologies and, in collaboration with global Littelfuse resources, drive the conversion of New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into wins and ultimately into revenue across all customer-selected supply chain channels.# • * About the Position: • ** Drive and expand the Littelfuse portfolio growth within assigned Focus Accounts • Actively develop NBO and multi-technology NBO growth at Focus Accounts • Successfully convert NBOs into win-ordered business at Focus Accounts • Drive multi-technology demand creation and sustainable revenue growth at selected Focus Accounts • Ensure, in close collaboration with global teams, that all win-ordered NBOs are converted into revenue across all channels (Direct, EMS, Distribution) • Maintain a strong focus on promoting and leveraging the full Littelfuse portfolio# • * About You: • ** Successfully completed a university degree in an electronics or related technical field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational organization • Fluent in both German and English • In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and electronics industries • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in the industry • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% within the DACH region
