You: * Have a atleast 5 years experience, a Truck (no Cars), Tools * Dependable (can block off 1-3 weeks at a time never doing a 2nd job at the same time) * Skills commensurate with pay (our other crews make $50-$60K a year) * Have Savings (So jobs don't get "upside down" because any given job is overdrawn) * Will still be able to do your own work (i.e. jobs are subcontracted) * Don't have the belief that your entire focus is you getting money without care for the customer.
