KSL Digital Ad Trafficking Specialist (Full-time)

This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Independently communicate, schedule and launch digital advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using ad management software and workflowsLearn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using ad management systemsProvide forecasting proactively and as requested to AE’s and stakeholdersCorrectly implement technical creative and campaign targeting detailsCarefully review creative submissions (jpg, gif, HTML5, JavaScript) and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications and ad policyProvide technical guidance to clients and vendors as needed without directionImplement marketplace products listings feeds for new clients and adjust existing client setups as requested using internally developed toolsTroubleshoot marketplace product features and listings issues with sales and clientsAutonomously manage projects as assignedCreate custom tracking pixels for client implementationGenerate client dashboards as neededBecome a subject matter expert on assigned product platform, and work autonomously and independently to provide product improvement recommendations.Attend stakeholder meetings as needed for training and product updates.Manage advertising verifications (Screenshots, sales rep communication, calendar updates)Independently manage and be responsible for capturing business and system processes, design and improve future processes and present recommendationsIndependently manage error resolutions for positive outcomes for all stakeholdersIndependently manage off hour’s emergency resolutionsAdditional responsibilities as assigned Salary rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
