Overview Lab24 is seeking a driven and motivated Regional Account Sales Representative to support both account management and new business development throughout California. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing in-person support and service • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, recovery centers, behavioral health providers, and county agencies • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within the region • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with current and prospective clients • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to client needs and concerns • Coordinate with internal laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and sales activity • Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance standards, and Lab24 service offerings • Following up with clients consistently to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services Qualifications • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Previous experience in sales, account management, healthcare, or laboratory services preferred • Comfortable with frequent regional travel and in-person client interaction • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Overnights and travel are required Job Type: Full-time
