Successful candidate should demonstrate: *ability to communicate in Spanish and English *ability to communicate with customers *manage and motivate assigned crew *diligence and reliability in work *work safely and train others in safe practices *follow complex instructions *read material lists, guidelines, and timelines *understanding of maintenance concepts, practices and procedures related to the irrigation, water management, *lighting and plant identification *accurate record keeping *possess valid CDL *Experience in large plant pallet, irrigation systems, and controllers. Knowledge, skill and safe use of hand tools, maintenance equipment, pest management and identification.
