The Firm Administrator provides overall management of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Human Resource Management including recruiting, onboarding, supervision of non-attorney personnel, performance evaluations, recommending and implementing firm- identified appropriate staffing ratios to increase efficiency and productivity. • Benefit Administration – responsible for all aspects of benefit administration including enrollments, COBRA administration, annual review of health and dental plans/providers and provide recommendations to Management. • Effective leadership experience. • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
