Position Summary: The Lead Bartender reports to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager and at times the Event Sales Manager, and is responsible for training of bar staff, the successful product development, supervision and operation of The Griffin bar, all venue bars, and special event bars. Work Experience: • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with both co-workers and guests. • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
