In this role as Lead Brand Ambassador, you will partner with a Tour Manager to deliver high-quality event experiences and serve as a team lead, ensuring all activation elements run smoothly and maintaining a strong standard of execution. Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for activations (retailers, consumers, and team members)Oversee and execute all activation details (setup, timing, promotions, giveaways, logistics)Lead, support, and supervise Brand Ambassadors, including on-site training and coordinationEnsure smooth operations, including inventory tracking and asset accountabilityEngage consumers, promote participation, and deliver key brand messagingMaintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication at all timesEnforce program rules, procedures, and brand standardsProvide timely updates and reports to the Tour Manager and account teamManage post-event tasks, including inventory reconciliation and asset returns Skills Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls and talk or hear.
