In this role as Lead Brand Ambassador, you will partner with a Tour Manager and program leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. You will also serve as a team lead when the Tour Manager is not on-site, providing guidance to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring all activation elements run smoothly, and maintaining a strong standard of execution. You'll be representing a university-focused program that promotes affordable internet packages for eligible students, educating them on available options, answering questions, and making it easy to get connected. This position involves primarily local travel, with occasional extended travel based on market needs.
