Honda Aircraft Company is seeking a creative and strategic leader to manage and grow the Honda Jet brand. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing communications—both conventional and unconventional—that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and ensure cohesive brand expression across digital channels, content, events, and experiential initiativesDuties and ResponsibilitiesLead overall marketing communications strategy and integration; utilizing a strategic approach for storytelling and continuity across all customer‑facing communicationsEstablish and manage the annual integrated marketing communications planning process, ensuring alignment among senior leadership stakeholders and external partnersBuild, manage, and develop a high‑performing team responsible for all aspects of marketing communicationsLead all 3rd party agency and vendor relationships; and provide direction and management of creative content strategyOversee and build out digital marketing strategy: website and social mediaCollaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and various Global Honda stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated messagingOversee merchandise strategy and implementationManage overall integration of events; including: messaging, creative execution, Honda integration, and PR coordination with Corporate CommunicationsManage and optimize overall marketing communications budgetEngage customer‑facing teams and industry experts to formulate and proactively initiate marketing campaigns and solutionsDevelop and execute marketing collateral creation and distributionEstablish and maintain ROI frameworks for marketing communications to support annual planning and ongoing optimization, with a primary focus on awareness, engagement, and brand health KPIsEnsure standards and consistency of the Honda Jet brand are appropriately maintained across all channelsDevelop processes and tools to enable more effective collaboration and communication with our dealer network for creative content, best practices, and collateralDomestic and international travel requiredEducation, Work Experience, Certification and/or LicensureBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, liberal studies, or relevant fieldsMBA or Master’s Degree preferred10+ Years work experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations fields, in‑house (preferred) or agency, including 5+ years of experience leading people and cross‑functional organizationsProven success in strategic brand storytelling through corporate, product, and digital communicationsProven ability to target and manage global audiences, digital tools, and partner with internal and external stakeholders for consistent executionPassion for aviation and building something from the ground up; business aviation experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong commercial, strategic, and communication acumen to link marketing strategy to company growthProven expertise in targeting and engaging global audiences through cross‑cultural and regional marketing and communicationsSkilled communicator adept at collaborating seamlessly across varied internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in developing, managing, and integrating digital marketing campaigns for cross‑functional supportExperienced in international air shows and similar high‑caliber product exhibitions/showsCapable of collaborating with executives and business partners at all levelsExperience in the aviation industry is preferred, and expected to quickly grasp the very light jet and light jet product ecosystemsExperience in global Honda entities is a plusUnderstanding of Japanese language and culture is a plusMultiple spoken languages is a plusPhysical Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
