Lead Cosmetology Instructor Opportunity

Given the duties and responsibilities, this role is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Campus Manager The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 - 5:00 pm Lead Cosmetology Instructor Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Include: Assist with management of all school sales including admission of new students and orientation, retention of current students and student training in business fundamentals such as retail sales, rebooking of clients and upselling services and products. Responsible for advanced product knowledge and use of equipment and machines. Responsible for high level of customer service and managing the quality of services performed, the quality of the products used, and the professional attitude towards clients, students and staff. Ability to uphold NWC’s vision, mission and values by creating a culture that is fun for students, goal driven, team oriented while maintaining a learning environment that strives to ensure student and staff success. Lead Cosmetology Instructor EDUCATION High school diploma or GED, current licenses in Cosmetology and Instructor’s License in Cosmetology, as well as a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a cosmetology program or other instructional environment is required.
