Works in partnership with the Director to manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise creative strategy that promotes the University of Rochester brand and elevates the mission, vision, and services of the University. Leads the development of original creative solutions and assists with the rollout of a subset of marketing and advertising campaigns and materials, e.g., recruitment and enrollment marketing, the always-on image campaign, ranking strategy campaign, and more—extending awareness and elevating positive perceptions of our global target audiences. • Creative Collaboration • Builds and maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders, including internal partners and teams in other University departments across the University, aligning creative strategies with enterprise marketing goals.
