You will work closely with our marketing program managers to create digital ads aligned with campaign goals. As a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, a typical day might include the following: • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies based on the company’s business objectives and/or end user need. Evaluate data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to key objectives. • Ask our team about other benefits including wellness, fertility, adoption, and flexible spending benefits. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
