Seeking an experienced, take-charge Lead Estimator for an established, growing general contractor specializing in K thru16 education, municipal, civic, ground up, modernization, site, civil, some TI, and other complex new construction projects. Knowledge of all trades required, including full scoping, bid abstract analysis, outreach and advertising protocol; and also possessing an above average to very strongly established subcontractor base in the So Cal region. Personal strengths / skill set necessary include assertive, creative, technical, task and goal oriented, high math aptitude, with a strong desire to succeed. This role IS NOT an entry level position; but you will continue to learn by doing, and by supporting a strong, experienced team of professionals who will help guide you to another level of success and job satisfaction. This is a long-term developing position for a professional who truly wants to learn and accel in this specific market niche.
