We are seeking a technically skilled, creative, and detail‑oriented marketing professional with strong experience in lead generation and WordPress. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing a high‑performing website and digital marketing ecosystem to drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and attract and convert qualified leads. This is an in‑office role, Monday–Friday. • Improve SEO performance through on‑page, technical, and content optimization • Implement retargeting strategies and conversion tracking to maximize marketing efficiency • Build, analyze, and A/B test landing pages, location‑based pages, and promotional offers • Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into functional website features • Design, update, and maintain a responsive website using WordPress • Create page layouts and visual sections that balance aesthetics, performance, and usability • Proof, edit, and optimize digital content for search visibility and engagement • Ensure website content adheres to accessibility, UX, and best‑practice standards • Maintain cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility • Integrate and manage plugins and tools while ensuring site security and stability • Perform ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and site enhancements • Apply technical SEO best practices including metadata, headers, image optimization, and URL structure • Continuously improve page speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and site architecture • Stay current with evolving web design, SEO, and digital marketing trends Required Experience & Skills • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and website optimization • 3+ years of hands‑on experience building and redesigning websites using WordPress • Proven success generating and converting leads for local or service‑based businesses • Strong understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Demonstrated impact on organic growth and website performance metrics • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on‑page optimization • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally • Experience in an agency or service‑oriented environment preferred • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
