What You’ll Do
Launch and optimize high-converting email marketing campaignsBuild and manage AI outbound call agents to drive lead flowDevelop lead generation funnels across multiple channelsAnalyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROIWork directly with leadership to scale marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation marketingStrong background in email marketing platforms & automationExperience with AI tools / outbound call systems (or willingness to master quickly)Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience = HUGE PLUSResults-driven mindset — you care about revenue, not vanity metrics
