You do you. • Highly motivated, energetic, and organized • * Play primary role in marketing relationships with assigned operators and portfolios and be responsible for the marketing, sales, and (limited) financial performance of these operators and portfolios. • Responsible for designing marketing asset management processes for assigned operators and portfolios based on the structure of the operator marketing departments and the unique needs of each portfolio. The right candidate will be a marketing subject matter expert with experience in the following: • Strong relationship management and multi group, internal or external, team management • Strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of and mastery of Excel and/or Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEM with a desire to learn in areas with needed development.
