Role Overview
The Lead Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting government marketing initiatives across federal, state, and local levels, particularly focusing on law enforcement and public safety. This position will partner with the Strategic Marketing Director and other leaders to enhance the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand, driving business priorities such as demand generation and retention efforts, while innovating marketing and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Campaign Activation: Support the development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital strategies. Content Writing: Produce diverse content types including collateral materials and presentations. Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans for campaigns. Event Coordination: Plan logistics, coordinate invitations and registrations, create conference materials, and provide on-site support for industry events and conferences. Data Reporting: Utilize a data-driven mindset to gather inputs and produce accurate reports, ensuring attention to detail and proper grammar. Partner Marketing: Collaborate with alliance business teams to create relevant content and uphold the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand. Additional Duties: As assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications required. 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role. Knowledge of the public safety market and law enforcement customer base. Understanding of marketing principles to meet business goals. Detail-oriented with a strong follow-through approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Innovative thinker with a proactive attitude toward marketing practices. Team player capable of thriving in a matrixed organization. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office products; Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills are advantageous. Familiarity with marketing technology trends and tools. Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, Marmind, Highspot, and Big Marker is a plus. Additional Requirements
This role requires physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information. Candidates must successfully complete a standard company background check and an enhanced criminal background check in compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) security policy.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $65,100 to $108,500 nationally, with geographic differentials applicable in some locations for market rate adjustments. For roles based in New York, base pay ranges from $71,600 to $119,300, and for New York City, the range is $78,100 to $130,300.
