Vice President, Creative Performance Media Production Advertising About the Role We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our team as Vice President, Creative Performance Media Production Advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Performance Marketing Creative Team and developing high-converting direct response campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay at the forefront of creative trends and customer psychology • Manage in-house creatives and freelance designers to develop video sales letters, ads, email creatives, and sales funnels • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition funnels and behavioral triggers
