We’re looking for an experienced Principal Engineering Lead to spearhead some of the most critical initiatives across the Moloco Ads, starting with our new Consumer Ads business. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong product and business acumen. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Leader across multiple teams, ideally in adtech • Background in consumer-facing Ads, especially in areas like: • Brand Ads, Shopping or Retail Ads • Fintech, Freemium, or Consumer Apps Ad ecosystems • Strong familiarity with platform-scale ad tech, such as supply, real-time bidding, user segmentation, campaign optimization, innovative ad formats and creatives.
