The Lead Programmatic Ad Ops Specialist ensures the successful fulfillment of programmatically sold digital advertising campaigns for Spectrum Reach, including managing and ensuring accurate implementation, launch and delivery of all programmatic campaigns. • Create and develop documentation on all processes to support implementation of Programmatic deals. • Participate in testing phases of new partner integrations. Qualifications: • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working within assigned deadlines • Ability to work quickly to identify, head off, or solve complex problems • Ability to pivot between multiple digital systems each day • Ability to build relationship cross functionally • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-paced environment • Ability to lead teams by example to accomplish complex task with accuracy • Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows • Ability to actively troubleshoot and solve client related concerns and issues with minimal oversight • Ability to learn new systems thoroughly and work to solve problems presented, while knowing when to alert and involve leaders for assistance • Attention to detail and ownership of tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a large organization.
