Lead - Site Communications

The Communications Lead for Limerick will own the site internal communications strategy & roadmap and will act as the site communication champion to create focus and alignment while supporting inclusion , our high performing teams and people-centred culture. In line with the position description above, you will have responsibility for the following: • Implement Internal Communication Strategy & Roadmap that promotes inclusion, a culture of compliance and fosters employee engagement while creating an organizational effectiveness mindset: • Revise & refine & implement the communications strategy to facilitate the delivery of relevant, timely internal communications. • Excellent project and time management skills • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a communications lead • A proven ability in delivering end-to-end multichannel communication campaigns and an ability to demonstrate clear deliverables and outcomes.
